What's the actual refund policy?

Full refund within 30 days, no interview. If a bundle doesn't ship as described, write to [email protected] and the refund is processed within five business days. You keep every file you already downloaded. The 1.8% refund rate across 14,000+ orders is the proof that this rarely comes up.

What does the license actually cover?

Single-seat commercial license. You can use every asset in unlimited client work and unlimited paid products. Templates are not legal or compliance documents — anything labeled "contract" or "policy" ships with a Notion cover guide telling you what to review with counsel before sending.

What happens to my downloads if I cancel the membership?

Everything you downloaded stays yours in perpetuity. The membership gates new drops and new categories, not the files already on your drive. The 24-month update window continues to run from your original purchase date, even after you cancel.

Can a team use one membership, or do we need seats?
